Questions
Frequently asked
1. How does Dermvia choose products?
Dermvia recommends products based on your skin type, concerns, sensitivity and budget. Our recommendations are informed by dermatology guidance, ingredient research and trusted customer feedback rather than a single brand or retailer.
2. Does Dermvia sell my personal information?
No. Your personal information and skin assessment data are kept private and are not sold to third parties.
3. How does Dermvia personalize recommendations?
Dermvia uses your skin assessment answers to build a personalized skin profile and recommend products tailored to your needs.
4. Are your recommendations sponsored?
No. Dermvia does not accept payment from brands to influence recommendations. Our goal is to provide personalized, unbiased product suggestions based on your skin profile.
5. Is Dermvia a replacement for a dermatologist?
No. Dermvia is designed to help you build a personalized skincare routine and make informed product choices. For severe or persistent skin conditions, we recommend consulting a dermatologist.
6. Why do results take 24 hours instead of appearing instantly?
Because a person reviews your profile. Your quiz answers and scan are read by a real reviewer who chooses four products and writes the reason each one fits you. An instant list would be a filter on a catalogue; this is a considered recommendation, and considering takes a few hours.
7. When exactly does the 24 hours start?
The clock starts the moment your submission is complete — quiz, scan and contact details all received — not when you started the quiz. You'll see the exact delivery deadline on your confirmation screen and in your confirmation email.
8. What happens if my results are late?
If we pass the 24-hour deadline, we email you before it expires to tell you the new expected time and keep you updated until your routine is delivered.
